What exactly am I buying?

Do I need a Discord account?

Yes. Discord is free. After checkout you connect your Discord account from your dashboard and the role is applied automatically.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?

Billing is prorated by Stripe and your Discord role is swapped automatically — the previous tier role is removed and the new one assigned.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. When the subscription actually becomes inactive, the paid role is removed.

What if my payment fails?

Your membership is marked past due and you'll see a billing warning. A configurable grace period applies before the paid role is removed.

My role did not appear — what now?

Accepted Answer

Use the Sync Access button in the Discord section of your dashboard. If that fails, the error is logged and an administrator can retry the sync.
