Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and avatar.
- Billing data: subscription status and payment history metadata from our payment processor. We never store card numbers.
- Discord data: your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the roles we assign on your behalf.
- Usage data: sign-in events and access changes recorded in our activity log.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the membership, grant and revoke Discord roles that match your billing status, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor and with Discord. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and billing records are retained while your account exists and for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Discord connections are deleted when you disconnect.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support. Deleting your account cancels your membership and removes your Discord role.
