Cooling-off period
Request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if the community is not a fit. Your Discord role is removed when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since cancellation is available at any time before the renewal date. If a renewal was clearly unintended, contact support and we will review it case by case.
Service failure
If a billing or access bug on our side prevented you from using the membership, we refund or credit the affected period.
Removals for conduct
Memberships terminated for violating the community rules are not refunded.
How to request
Email support from the address on your account with your billing date and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
